What I do

Daytner Construction Group (DCG) is an 8(a) Minority Woman owned General Contracting and Construction Management firm providing service in the following sectors: Government agencies, Private, Institutional and Commercial. DCG specializes in delivering solutions, in the management of projects including new building construction, tenant fit-out and building renovations. DCG's mission is to ensure that the owner’s time and financial objectives are met from the initial design of a project to the day the doors open. On a Construction Management Services contract, DCG will often get involved in the early phases of a construction project for the owner, including but not limited to: concept and budget development, bidding, contract negotiations with Architects and Contractors, and progress throughout all phases of the project. DCG has successfully managed every facet of the construction process for projects ranging from $1 million to $75 million.
