What I do
My company's goal is simple: help people change their lives positively, one house at a time. I do so by working with listing agents as a team, using home staging as a core marketing strategy, using other proven marketing techniques such as high quality listing photos, individual websites for properties, and many other tricks of the trades to help sellers sell their homes faster and for more money. My Story
Cindy is a a third generation small business owner, who started making business deals at age 5 when she asked her mom for a quarter for every diaper she changed on her baby sister. At age 25, she founded Staged4more Home Staging & Redesigns to serve San Francisco and greater bay area real estate community. In 2009, she added a parent company to incorporate the growing needs of her community and client base. Staged4more remains a core division of the company.
Cindy always say that she stumbled into real estate by a fluke, but quickly found her calling as a home stager working side by side with listing agents to use home staging as a core strategy and incorporating other proven marketing methods to help sellers to prep their homes to sell faster and for more money.
In 2008, Cindy was honored with Sam Walton Emerging Entrepreneur Award, as well as beating out 400+ women in 5 states for the Make Mine A Million $ Business Competition in the Micro Category. She was also nominated by her peers and became the finalists to Real Estate Staging Association's Professional Stager of the Year Award and Innovative Stager of the Year Award.
To Cindy, there are 3 main purposes of her life: be mindful, be relevant and be useful. These core values reflect through Cindy's decisions in expanding her company. In 2009, Cindy added an training arm to her existing services for educating real estate professionals how to affordabily and virally differentiate themselves, marketing their services and listings through a series of teleseminar classes on online marketing, as well as the Live Green Live Smart Certified Professional course through Green Build Science to teach real estate professionals how to be green and cut down unnecessary waste during real estate resale process. Furthermore, she is developing an eco-friendly product that will revolutionize the industry by discouraging the use of plastic in promotional products. In late 2009, she will also publish two books on real estate marketing.
Outside of Staged4more, Cindy actively participates in her local communities, especially those that encourage women business owners, youth education, technology, small business, and housing issues. She currently sits on the board for Pow.wow Women's Network in San Francisco, serves as PR & Community Manager for annual BizTechday conference, and organizes SF Small Biz Women through meetup.com.
