Nandini Mukherjee, Indian Bread Co. (IBC) is the founder and President of a cafe and catering company she started three years ago with the purpose of serving fresh, flavorful and portable Indian food, offered at the best possible prices. Though the food is ethnic (South-Asian) in nature, she has packaged it in a way that would be acceptable to a New Yorker who is always on the move; as the ever-appealing handy and portable sandwich. IBC provides quality food at affordable rates to its target clientele -- students and young professionals. The restaurant is located on Bleeker Street in Greenwich Village.
