Developed by the Institute for Business and Home Safety (www.ibhs.org), this comprehensive toolkit has been provided to Count Me In for use by its members.
The kit covers a range of disaster planning and recovery areas and provides templates and worksheets for helping you to determine the plan that works best for you. The planning tips include all aspects of business operations, from plant and equipment to financial and other data, to personnel.
The goal of the guide is to help you maintain business continuity and get your operations up and running again as quickly and smoothly as possible, with the least amount of disruption and cost.
