Two new online tools have recently gone live on the Competency Model Clearinghouse site within CareerOneStop. These two interactive tools — Build a Competency Model and Build a Career Ladder/Lattice — let strategic partners work together to build, save, and download customized models that identify the competencies and critical developmental experiences individuals need to progress through 21st century careers in specific industries.
