    So, ladies, I'm attending the 2010 Economic Forecast event, sponsored by the Mecklenburg Times, here in Charlotte today.  Panelists spoke about various sectors of the economy, and their forecasts, etc. etc. During the state and local govt panel, a woman, Brooke Gibson, editor of Waxmama.com spoke up and asked the panel what kind of resources existed for businesses like hers that wanted to grow but didn't know where to turn.   3. Moving locations

    We are seriously considering moving locations. Our NNN (CAM) has doubled our expenses since moving in 5 years ago and it's really hurting us. Right now we are in a beautiful retail location with lots of windows and our target move location is upscale industrial. We have negoiated a 90-day opt-out on our current lease and some lease reductions to off-set the skyrocketing costs in this area. Even with the negoiations, we pay $5000/month for 2500sqft.
